The second day’s program included discussions on Central Asia and international actors. İbrahim Mammadov, Research Fellow at QAFSAM, Akmaljon Abdullayev, the Academy’s 2005 graduate and Ph.D. candidate at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and Farrukh Khakimov, Head of Department at the Development Strategy Center, explored different perspectives on the OSCE Human Dimension, the dynamics of regional development and trilateral platforms in the context of increasing Central Asia-EU trade. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Fabio Indeo, researcher at the University of Siena.
